Is Bellamora Dead?

Perhaps you're wondering why you haven't heard from Bellamora and have heard that Bellamora has gone belly up. I can tell you why.
Bellamora is NOT dead, not officially. It may appear that way because distributors haven't heard anything for quite a while from corporate.
This is because corporate doesn't have the news it wants to tell us yet, which is that everything is back on track and they are now moving forward. Progress has been made and the idea of letting such an amazing product go to waste isn't what Bellamora wants to do.
Could Bellamora merge with another mlm? Is it looking for the right backing to proceed? Perhaps. And when the time is right, an announcement will be made to tell us whether this has happened or whether Bellamora has died.
So if you wanted to know what's going on with Bellamora, that's it for now. Office is still open....

I just received not one but two commission checks from Bellamora today. This certainly shows me how much they want to keep things going at Bellamora. Time to celebrate.

Bellamora has had rumors from its inception. Now that there's been some changes at the top, more have surfaced. What's really going on?
First of all, some of the Bellamora rumors going around are nothing but a bunch of lies. Even those who act as though they are "in the know", don't really speak the truth.
Folks, please understand one thing; the current bad mouthing of Bellamora is usually followed by "here's the direction I've decided to take", better known as the new opportunity pitch.
There's a very good reason most people like this don't know what's really going on with Bellamora; they aren't calling and talking to the current Bellamora leadership. Quite possibly they are still listening to the old.
If you're going to listen to these people and follow them into their next adventure, that's your call and you won't hear any criticism from me. I just want the people who have the good sense to investigate or research to know there's more to this than meets the eye.
I'm not saying I know the inside going's on of Bellamora but my sponsor and I got on the phone today with Kelley Foote and asked him some hard questions about what's being done at Bellamora to pull out of this situation.
You should know he is more than willing to talk with people who want to know and he has been doing numerous Team calls with Bellamora groups to help them understand. These are the people who know Bellamora still has a good thing going and wants to keep it all together for us distributors.
You should know that Bellamora would not have pulled out of its current situation any time soon if the past leadership was still in place. So for Bellamora to say that it may take 30-60 days for changes to take hold is nothing new.
The difference is the company is now being run like a business should with controls on spending,with experienced mlm executive leadership in Kelley Foote and with a renewed sense of getting it right this time.
We were assured that for those of us who stay with Bellamora, we will see some unique advantages or rewards for our endurance. Folks, the True Bellamora Story has not changed. The Bellamora Comp Plan has not changed. And although the products are fantastic, whatever people haven't liked about them WILL be changed. So why leave?
Bellamora has done a great deal of things right, let's not forget that. They have delivered paychecks on time until they didn't have access to the software just like we didn't. But they have gained access and now have sent out checks again and have caught up. Product is beiong delivered.
Soon the software will be changed. The present software has done some double charging on some people, not Bellamora. The company is not intentionally trying to rip people off. The way this works is that Bellamora looses all the money they spent on the current software and websites; That's tens of thousands of dollars.
Plus they have to put out over $60 grand to start with a new software company. Do you think they would do that if they were going out of business soon? do you think they keep employed all the people still at headquarters if they were calling it quits?
I don't think so. So for those of us who are staying with Bellamora, this could be the worst of its start up hicups. And it will pass. If you're looking for a team to build a Bellamora Business with, we'd love to have you. As you can see, we tell it like it is, not some hyped up version of truth or a bunch of rumors.

Being a doctor for over 32 years requires being someone that is honest, caring, and sensitive to his patients. Now, I have to look at Bellamora as a patient.
To start, I want to share how sorry we are that we have not been able to communicate with you. Due to recent changes, we experienced major interference in communicating with you through email and our social media outlets. However, we are in the process of restoring all functions with the proper protection and assurance that this never happen again.
You all know the Bellamora Story, and why I started this company. I want to first tell you that we are here and committed to the long term success as a company that we all deserve.
This is our dream together, and we want to make sure we do everything we have to do in order to protect this company and that opportunity for you.
In order to do this, there have been changes made.
We have already hired a proven COO and CFO to run the day-to-day operations and finances of the company.
Under the leadership of these two individuals, many changes are already under way.

A complete new Back Office system that will truly work as the lifeblood of the company: It will allow a complete shopping cart for distributors, preferred customers, retail customers, real-time volume tracking, compression of inactive, multiple language, multiple currency, step-by-step enrollment with accurate placement, auto-email notifications, along with full customer service systems and inventory tracking.

3. A complete new Training System: We are going to introduce a new line online, interactive training system that will be hosted multiple times a week so your new distributor can get live, interactive fast-start training within 24 hours of enrolling. We are also going to put into place an Area Training system hosted by proven leaders and trainers on a local area basis that will host weekly recruiting events and monthly training. This program will be developed to cover a wide of range of recruiting and retailing systems from face-to-face, two-on-one, small group, home events, events, and online marketing. This will be developed as a team of 5 to 6 new company trainers who all have many proven years of success and skills in all these areas. What's Happening to Bellamora?

Two months after Bellamora pre-launched, Bellamora distributors found themselves without a CEO. Corporate Trainer or Chief Marketing Officer. What happened and what does this mean for Bellamora?
Exactly what happened, no one can say for a certainty. The people involved are no longer with the company and usually there's legal issues that ensue that keep them quiet. So we can only go on what happened up to this point.
What happened? Bellamora leaders had several issues and problems that cost the company a lot of money. For one, there was the free samples. Paying for shipping and sending out samples cost plenty. But there was some other problems.
The samples were either held up at the post office or destroyed. Again, no one's fault, just a lot of expense without a good return. In fact, the amount of samples given out probably cost Bellamora a great deal of money. In my opinion, there should of been a better limit on the sample program.
Then Bellamora ran out of samples and then got new ones that were difficult to deliver (in ketchup type packs)and again, a lot of waste because many of these got smashed and were viewed as a poor choice, again costing more money.
Was it worth it? Probably not. Too many people did not respond well to the samples and a majority of people did not upgrade and buy product. On the other hand, there were a lot of firm believers in the product and things seemed to be moving along fairly well in spite of all this.
Then came the software, website and back office problems. This is so common with start up mlms you wonder why no one seemed to know how to prevent it. In other words, when the wrong software company is choosen and a new one must be picked, a ton of money already spent goes down the drain.
A third problem has to do with some of the ingredients in the Bellamora products. Some people were complaining there were ingedients that shouldn't have been in there. Fine, let's take them out.
Problem with that is that Bellamora had a ton of product ready with the old formula. What do you do with it before you bring out the new product? Throw it away? Again, what a loss of revenue that would be.
So from what I could see, these three major problems cost Bellamora a ton of money and is an indication there was other finances being used and spent that similarly became less than productive. Somebody had to be responsible.
On the other hand, the free sample program produced a huge amount of interest and from a marketing standpoint should have been considered very successful. I believe it was.
Companies with less financial backing would have crumbled under all this, but Bellamora has not. Apparently what was done is to hold someone accountable for all the problems and decide to bring someone else on board that could direct the company in the right direction.
Dr. Bruce Miller, Bellamora Chairman and Founder brought in Kelley Foote to help direct operations and Ed Perry to control finances and it's my guess this started the ball rolling that changed things.
Dr. Miller came on a Bellamora call and told everyone he was going to make things right and to not give up on Bellamora. Dr. Miller doesn't come from an mlm background, so he doesn't have much experience with it. My guess is he trusted the leaders to know what to do and let them run things unchecked. He knows better now.
When things didn't go just right, he brought in help. The results were what happened with Bellamora in mid-march. Is this a death stroke for Bellamora? Some would have you believe so, especially those who left Bellamora for something else.
However, Brian McLane is now my upline and he gave a Team call last night and said if he didn't believe Bellamora was going to succeed, he would have left completely, but he didn't. He thinks it still can succeed. He plans to help build it.
The truth is this; nobody knows what will happen for sure at this point. We are the company. If we distributors fold our cards, so will Bellamora. From what I hear from the field, that's no where near the case.
People still believe in this product and company and are sticking with it as long as Bellamora is willing, which means it's really up to them now to pull it through.
So rather than count their losses and fold, Bellamora is showing that they too believe in their products and want to help us distributors to succeed along with it. So what does Bellamora need to do at this point?
They need to stop the negative talk from the deserters by producing some positive results. They need to re-establish consistent communications and support to the field.
Bellamora needs proper and effective communications through their calls and emails, new and experienced executive management leadership, up to date properly working software and websites and a commitment to those who want to stick it out.
From what was promised on the call, this is exactly what they are planning to do. MLM is hard enough to get off the ground, but it is harder when there's big problems, so I don't envy their battle.
They also need to correct any charging problems through reimbursements, credit people who have paid for websites and gotten nothing and in fact, make "marketing tools and upgraded websites" an option and not a mandatory requirement.
People want fairness. They want to be acknowledged. They want what they deserve. I hope they don't make the mistake of hiring people or placing people on the training team who may be "qualified" because of experience, but don't have the communication skills and manners to deal with people as a group or individually.
With that all being said, you take a risk with Start ups but getting in the right company early can also mean a huge advantage in how well you do if you build your business and the company turns out okay. We'd love to have you join our team if you decide to join Bellamora.

Bellamora Commissions

I received my first Bellamora commission check today and needless to say I was thrilled.Here's why....
Not only did bellamora deliver product on time, they delivered checks on time. Many start up companies have production problems ot software problems or money problems and don't deliver that first check for months after they pre-launch.
Less than two weeks after the pre-launch of Bellamora, checks were sent out. And quite a number of checks were way more than typical start ups because we have been able to build our Teams for FREE for about ten weeks.
My check has been one of my highest first checks in network marketing and it came at a great time. This is just the beginning of many great checks and i looking forward to helping many others duplicate this great success.

Bellamora is doing exceptionally well for a start up company. They have delivered product and pre-launched exactly when they said they would.
Bellamora has had some problems with sending out samples and their software, but this isn't surprising. The Post Office wondered what was going on with all these samples going out from company they never heard of and quite a number of them got squished going through the meter machine.
This was a financial loss for Bellamora. Software companies are always a problem for start ups but Bellamora has kept who they are using because they want to be sure the commissions are run on schedule. we'll see how that works out.
How many people joined Bellamora? Probally 50-60K people. How many people upgraded and officially joined Bellamora? I'd say no more than 10%. So there's lot's of room for growth.

Bellamora is sending out their first run of checks this Friday Jan. 28th. This initial run will be by check. The checks will be for the Fast Start bonuses on the initial Starter Pack orders of all those you personally enrolled who ordered.
Volume and Binary commissions will start February 5th. If you upgraded to Founder, you need to be on the $120.00 auto delivery to qualify for Matching Bonus Checks.
Even though Founders are automatically upgraded to the Silver rank, you still need to qualify by having one person enrolled in each leg and the higher auto delivery.

Major Bellamora Announcements

Tonight's Bellamora call was simply amazing. Brian McLane and Ed Ayala covered every major question, issue or problem that Bellamora has been facing at this early stage of development.
Just so you know, from my personal experience with start ups, the problems Bellamora has had have been minor and some out of their control. What are they and what was the major Bellamora announcement?
* Bellamora ran out of samples
* The new samples took weeks to get shipped out
* Some of the new samples were smashed when they arrived
* The US Post Office held up 1000's of samples
* The original box for the 5 piece kit wasn't perfect
* Some product ingredients raised some concerns
Here's what Bellamora has done or is doing to improve things:
- They've caught up. All samples are shipped and close to being delivered.
- Post Office requirements have been met and there's no delays.
- Changes have been made to sample packaging
- There's a new box for the 5 piece kit which holds the products properly in place.
- Dr. Miller and the head chemist are working on possible changes to some of the ingredients to satisfy some concerns over their potential long term use.
The Bellamora leads program will have some required training for the use of the free Bellamora leads.

Just so you know, from my personal experience with start ups, the problems Bellamora has had have been minor and some out of their control. What are they and what was the major Bellamora announcement?
* Bellamora ran out of samples
* The new samples took weeks to get shipped out
* Some of the new samples were smashed when they arrived
* The US Post Office held up 1000's of samples
* The original box for the 5 piece kit wasn't perfect
* Some product ingredients raised some concerns
Here's what Bellamora has done or is doing to improve things:
- They've caught up. All samples are shipped and close to being delivered.
- Post Office requirements have been met and there's no delays.
- Changes have been made to sample packaging
- There's a new box for the 5 piece kit which holds the products properly in place.
- Dr. Miller and the head chemist are working on possible changes to some of the ingredients to satisfy some concerns over their potential long term use.
The Bellamora leads program will have some required training for the use of the free Bellamora leads.
All those who bought 5 piece kits or do purchase them will receive 20 samples shipped free in February as a token of appreciation from Bellamora.

The biggest major announcement was that Bellamora will now have a $60.00 ADS (Automatic Delivery System) along with the $120.00 and you will still be able to qualify for fast starts and commissions except for the matching bonus checks.
Folks this is huge and just the announcement us leaders in the field were looking for. With people still concerned about budgets, this will make Bellamora a whole lot more affordable for a whole lot more people.
