If I were to Review Resorts360, I would personally give it 5 Stars. Why? I personally choose network marketing companies that I believe will be around for a long long time. I contact the owner and do research on him or them and look for any red flags associated with their business practices or reputation.
I have found Rodger Rutter to be a man of integrity, a go getter for the best possible travel deals available and someone who looks out for the interests of his associates and distributors. He has made constant improvements to Resorts360 including its compesnsation plan.
As far as Comp Plans, Resorts360 has a straight line. It is not a binary or matrix or a combination of several. A straight line comp plan means each person who joins after you is under you. However, the money to be made is in offering the membership to others and receiving commissions from their joining directly with you as their sponsor.
The two videos below explain the two types of memberships and the compensation. There are two levels in Resorts360. You're either an associate or a manager. You become a Manager on your third sale. As a Manager your sales commissions double.
I am a Resorts360 Manager and Founding Member and I have the VIP Premium Membership. I receive commissions of $200.00 if you join under me as an annual member and $2,000.00 if you join under me as a VIP Premium member. Then I receive commissions for your efforts as well, just as you will for people you sponsor.
The biggest difference between the two memberships is the amount of Resort weeks per year. With the annual membership you can take or give away 3 weeks at any Resort in the System. With the VIP Pemium Membership, you can take or give away as many vacation weeks as you like.
For example, let's say you own a business and you're awarded a huge contract. You decide to show your appreciation by giving the company 2-3 one week vacation resort weeks. Cost to you? $837.00 ( 3 times $279 )
You look amazing and they get a beatiful resort to give to 3 of their best emp[loyees. Win win.
How about friends and family? You can use your membership for all of them, over and over again. Want to let them stay at a 5 Star resort for $799.00 for a week? That's all they have to pay. They'll love you for it (and might even want to buy a membership from you).
